    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on the payment platform or bank.
  2. Shipping and Other Fees
    The shipping cost of the return is the customer’s own, unless the return is due to product quality issues or we sent the wrong product.
    The shipping cost of the original order is not refundable (if applicable).
